We are 5km from the wildly eccentric and bustling African town of Port St Johns. Amapondo is nestled on a hill in the forest overlooking a meandering river and swimming beach.
About us
Amapondo offers tours to rural villages, sangoma trance dancing & drumming. The sardine run, whales, dolphins & warm Indian Ocean makes it a perfect paradise. Breathtaking waterfalls, coastal hikes & horserides (the Coffee Bay hike starts here).
